Rules:  For General Product

   JBSG will discuss exchange of general product if buyer wishes.
   All items may be returned within 30 days of delivery IF still in original condition.
   REFUND through payment option used at time of purchase.  Refund posted within 48 hours after item has been received.
   RETURN Shipping costs will be paid by purchaser.

Rules: Print On Demand

 NO return, refund, or exchange.  These items are created and mailed by a third party.  Each is custom designed for each order. 
   If the item is damaged, contact Jewelry by Sande Gene thru the contact uspage and we will submit a claim with the production partner that we ship with.

Rules:  Custom Made Items  (Nautical)

NO returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted.  Custom made items are not created until the order is received.  The purchaser has every option to get the order correct before purchase. 
   If item is damaged, contact Jewelry by Sande Gene thru the contact us page and we will file a claim with USPS.  All shipments are insured.
